Amazing Adventure Park in Cancun – Worth It with a Few Caveats We had a pretty good experience at the adventure park in Cancun, though it started off with some hesitation. The ticket prices were so reasonable that we honestly thought we had fallen for another timeshare scam (we’ve been tricked at the airport before). Fortunately, everything went smoothly—our pickup was right on time, and the drive from the hotel was easy and comfortable. The value for what’s included is excellent. The main activities—ATV riding, ziplining, and a cenote swim—were all part of the package. That said, there were a few letdowns. We were told we’d get a full hour on the ATVs, but the actual ride was only about 20 minutes and felt rushed. Unlike places like Hawaii where you can ride fast, go off-road, and get messy, here you're required to follow a lead driver and stay at a slow pace (around 10-15 mph). That definitely took some of the fun out of it. The ziplining was well-organized and enjoyable, though my son got too nervous to try it. The cenote was nice, but they require everyone to wear a life jacket, which was a bit clingy and uncomfortable. As for the food—it was just okay. Coming from a five-star all-inclusive resort, the meal was definitely underwhelming. The whole experience lasts about 2 to 3 hours, which is perfect for a half-day outing. Just be prepared for some upselling. When you arrive, they’ll try to sell you liability insurance, locker rentals, and then photos/ video at the end of the trip. The photos, while fun, are seriously overpriced—you may end up spending as much on the extras as you did on the adventure itself. All in all, it was a good outing with great value, especially if you manage your expectations and don’t get caught up in the upsells. I was in Cancun for a week and this was by far the best part of the entire trip. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind and helpful. You can tell that they truly want everyone to enjoy their time. The included meal was also hands down the BEST food I had the entire time in Mexico!!! I can’t recommend this place enough, it is absolutely a must see!! We did the ATVs, zipline, and cenote! Ryan2025-05-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our group of 6 had a great time at the Adventure park! The zip line, ATV and cenote experiences were all lots of fun. Definitely lost a star due to all of the waiting. Shuttle to and from the resort were both 20+ mins late. Then we had to wait 30 mins more once we arrived before they started giving us instructions. Seemed very unorganized, some people telling you not to bring water or clothes from the locker area, then someone else would give you different instructions. ATV would be more fun if you could go faster and the zip lines and platforms) could use a little maintenance to inspire more confidence. Waiting on top of the platforms was scarier than the actual zip line lol. Overall it was worth the $70 we paid but it could have been better with more coordination/better scheduling by the staff. They Call Me Jelly2025-05-19Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Loved this. The staff was friendly, fun and they’re able to communicate in english very well. It did take a while to get there since they picked up many people from different spots, but I was made aware of this before hand. The zip lining was fun, we did about 6 of them. The ATV felt safe, I chose to go with the guide and enjoyed the ride. I got the horse riding package and I’m glad I did, it was fun. You don’t get to go fast but it’s still nice. The cenote was fun, they have many options to jump. Food was good. You can’t carry your phone on you and you will be asked to pay for the photo+video they take; it can be pricey since they only have set up packages for large amount of photos. They don’t give you the option to buy 1 or 2. Overall, a good time. Tee R H2025-05-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This place was fun. We did horseback riding, cenote, zip line, and ATV. It cost less than $100. In the beginning, it was a little unorganized. We weren't allowed to take our belongings or take photos of the excursion aside from the cenote. The staff made sure we were safe. The tequila tasting was just that... a taste, a sip. We couldn't taste everything. The strawberry and the tamarind with lime were very good. The coconut was just ok. I didn't care for the coffee flavor. It cost me $65, not pesos, for a bottle. Pretty darn expensive. Their version of lemonade was good. We called it lime water. The lunch was good. I don't like refried beans, but theirs were good. The only thing that was an issue was the price of the photos. It was too much slick talking and switching up. It was shown for a "limited" time. We shouldn't have to purchase all 500+ pictures. We should have been able to select the ones we want. T Bell-G2025-05-04Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
